Flowers bloomed and the sun shone brightly for Mark + Tom’s wedding at Friendship Park Conservatory. It was a beautiful setting to celebrate a beautiful love, and I was so honored to be able to capture the day in photographs! They had a dear friend officiate and she shared a list of lessons she learned about love from spending time with the couple over their 18 year relationship. Way to make a photographer emotional! A guitar rendition of “A Love That Will Never Grow Old” and a sand ceremony followed. The celebration was topped off with impromptu performances by members of the Windy City Gay Chorus. 18 years later, Mark + Tom do indeed have a love that will never grow old. Congratulations!
